The 2024-2025 season runs April 7, 2024 - April 6, 2025.
Markets are held weekly April 7 - November 24.
Remaining season dates: December 8 & 22, January 12 & 26, February 9 & 23, March 9 & 23, April 6.

Vendor Handbook

The market publishes a vendor handbook annually. The handbook outlines the rules and guidelines that the market operates under.
This is required reading for all vendors who apply to our market, including new and returning vendors and winter craft vendors.

Artisan Craft Vendor Guidelines

The market accepts artisan craft vendors for winter markets beginning in November each year.

Please fill out the prospective vendor form below. This form is NOT an application. It is a good first step if you are interested in becoming a vendor but not sure whether our market is a good fit for your products, or if you have other questions before applying. Inquiries are kept on file and will be used when seeking new vendors. Please fill out the form as completely as possible.

Products must be grown, raised, produced or created in Oregon or Washington. The product must be made by you or someone under your direct supervision. (A food product made by a co-packer using your recipe is acceptable.)

Please be aware that the market is held in a school parking lot and there is no access to electricity or water.

The Market will not accept applications for the following:

Books and other printed material
Souvenirs, gift items, and greeting cards
Cosmetics and personal care items
Home and garden knickknacks
Wine, spirits, and beer
Any food or wellness product made with any form of cannabis (hemp is allowed)
Resellers
Service providers

The Hillsdale Farmers' Market hosts craft vendors at a limited number of winter markets (Nov-Feb). Decorative crafts and jewelry will be considered but please note that space is extremely limited. Craft vendors are invited to apply in September-October.
