Market Relocation: Important update for prospective vendors
Our market is moving in October! We’re not going far, but we’re putting all of our effort into organizing logistics and figuring out how the market will operate in our new space. If you submit a Vendor Inquiry below, please note that our response times are currently pretty long because our energies are focused on the move. In the spirit of full transparency, we’re not likely to be able to accept any new vendors for the remainder of this season, as we learn how to operate within the constraints of our new space.
Information submitted with Vendor Inquiries will be recorded in a spreadsheet for us to review when we are able to open applications. If you submit a Vendor Inquiry, we have your information and we’ll follow up if we have an opening in your product category!
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this relocation adventure.
Thanks for being part of the farmers market community in Portland!
Hillsdale is a year-round market!

New-to-Hillsdale vendors are strongly encouraged to submit a Vendor Inquiry below before submitting an application.
Vendor Handbook / manual para proveedores
The market publishes a vendor handbook annually. The handbook outlines the rules and guidelines that the market operates under. It is available in English and Spanish.
This is required reading for all vendors who apply to our market, including new and returning vendors and winter craft vendors. The Handbook has been significantly revamped and enhanced this year, so don’t skip it!

Artisan Craft Vendor Guidelines
The market accepts artisan craft vendors for winter markets held November-March each year.
Craft vendor applications open in September, and are now closed.

Guidelines will be updated as needed prior to craft application opening.
