1 bunch kale (washed, stems removed and cut into wide ribbons)
3 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a wide saute pan over medium heat. Add enough kale to cover bottom of pan. Let kale wilt and add remaining greens. Stir in garlic, cover pan and cook until tender. Turn off heat, season to taste and serve. If you like spicy greens, add a few red pepper flakes.
